DAMAGE CONTROL

(20101012T170545Z )

I think that Toni's publicist and manager should start damage control with the press, regarding the bankruptcy. The popular misconception is that Toni was allegedly irresponsible with her finances, which we all know is not true. An interview with a respected talk show would be good, like "20/20" or "The Oprah Winfrey Show". It isn't fair that people wrongly believe that Toni was recklessly racking up huge bills, the way that Michael Jackson used to.The problem was with her creditors, and having to prematurely cancel her Vegas show. The roundtable of panelists on E! Entertainment Television for the program, "Chelsea Lately" were making fun of Toni, which isn't fair. Considering all of the press this story has gotten, there must be some way to make this negative a positive.

I agree there should be some damage control but I certainly don't think Oprah is the answer. This is gonna be very hard for Toni to live down even though the circumstances are different this time. It is so unfortunate that Toni is having this difficulty now. It seems that everytime an album comes out there is a major issue for her. I hope the best for her and I will continue to support her projects when given the opportunity.
